If Shoonya isn't working

See if other Shoonya traders report it Broad reports mean the fault is on Shoonya's side. Reinstalling mid-session only delays you getting back to your positions.
Confirm what reached the exchange Open the order book before placing anything again. Duplicate orders during a glitch are the expensive mistake.
Remember the commodity session Commodities trade well into the evening. A screen that looks dead at 4 PM may simply be the equity market having closed.
Unblock a locked login Use Forgot Password in the app with your UCC code, PAN and date of birth, then Reset and Unblock.

Check when you placed it. Shoonya accepts payout requests only in the 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM window on trading days, and processes those the same day, subject to peak margin; some take up to 24 hours. Money from shares you sold today can be withdrawn only after settlement, on T+1.

Funds added through Shoonya itself should show in your limits at once. Money sent by IMPS or NEFT can take longer; do mention your client code in the transfer remarks so it is matched faster. If adding funds throws an error, share the error with Shoonya's live chat team.
