Switch between the Union ease app and net banking When Union ease hangs, sign in to net banking on a browser instead. If the app will not open, try net banking in the browser, and the other way round.

Check your OTP and network An OTP that has not landed inside a minute may be the handset side. Check the signal and move between Wi-Fi and mobile data before asking for a fresh one.

Is Union Bank facing a technical issue? Reports from many states climbing within minutes say yes; with only a handful, check your own signal, app version and OTP.
Check the UPI reference in your payment app before you retry, because RBI rules give the bank until T+1, the next working day, to return a debit with nothing credited. If UPI keeps failing, net banking reaches the same account, and the call centre is open through the night.
Fixed credit dates are the cause. Salary and pension money lands on the same days, and many Union Bank customers sign in to see it. If reports pile up here, your account is not the problem: wait and retry, or use UPI for an urgent payment.
It comes back. Union Bank reverses an unsuccessful IMPS or NEFT without being asked, within the RBI's one-working-day limit, so resist a second attempt. Note the reference, and if the amount stays out, the lodge and track a complaint portal is the route - an unauthorised debit has its own.
Give it a minute, then change route. If Union ease will not open, try net banking in a browser. A forgotten login PIN resets from Forgot Login PIN on the app's first screen, with your debit card or a token from your branch. If an OTP is more than a minute late, check the signal on the phone with your registered SIM.
