Pay from another UPI app Your @icici UPI ID works in Google Pay, PhonePe or Paytm, so an urgent payment can go through while iMobile is stuck.
Update iMobile and check your internet Install the latest iMobile, then try Wi-Fi instead of mobile data, or the other way round. The app needs internet for every service.
Forgot the iMobile PIN? Reset it with your registered mobile number and debit card details instead of trying it again and again.
Switch between iMobile and net banking If one channel is down, the other often still works. Try the website if the app fails, or the reverse.

Your ICICI account pays through Google Pay over UPI, so when ICICI's UPI is slow, those payments fail too. Check another linked bank account in Google Pay, or retry after a few minutes. A decline can also mean you have hit your daily UPI limit. If money left your account but the payment failed, raise it through UPI HELP or from iMobile.
