One of India's largest private sector banks, ICICI Bank is headquartered in Mumbai and listed in India as well as abroad. Retail customers mostly bank on iMobile Pay and net banking, businesses use InstaBIZ, and it issues a very large number of credit and debit cards.

The app pulls accounts, UPI, cards, loans, deposits and investments into a single login, so most everyday banking never reaches a branch at all. Logins build up on salary days and through the last week of a month, also around card bill due dates and in tax filing season, when a lot of payments go out through net banking.

Transaction failed but money debited? Do not retry right away. ICICI auto reverses a failed transfer, usually within a few hours and up to about 4 working days. Keep the reference number and check your statement first.

iMobile Pay stuck or crashing? Update the app, clear its cache and re-login, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. A stale session is behind most login loops.
Switch between net banking and iMobile Pay When one channel is down the other often works. Try the website if the app fails, or the other way round.
Login blocked after wrong attempts? Do not keep entering the password, as banks lock access after a few wrong tries. Use Forgot Password or wait a while before retrying.
