'Login game server timeout'? Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, close background apps and restart your phone. Garena suggests a restart every 5 days anyway.
Stuck on the loading screen? Force close the game, clear its cache but not its data, free 1 to 2 GB of storage and install any pending update.
Hit the daily playtime limit? Matches open again at 4:00 AM. Under-18 accounts get 3 hours a day, adults 6.
Diamonds not credited? Wait 24 hours, then raise a Payment Issue ticket with your Google Play receipt. Do not ask Google or Apple for a refund, or Garena takes the diamonds back and restricts the account.
