Hundreds of games with no ads and no in-app purchases make up Apple Arcade, Apple's game subscription for iPhone, iPad, Mac and Apple TV 4K. Arcade Originals such as Sneaky Sasquatch and Hello Kitty Island Adventure sit beside App Store Greats like Stardew Valley+.
In India it now comes only with an iCloud+ plan, which also includes Apple TV. Games are found in the Arcade tab of the App Store and the Apple Games app, and one plan covers up to five family members.

Gamers in India flag Apple Arcade trouble here, and Apple tracks Apple Arcade as its own line on System Status. If both look normal, check your iCloud+ plan and the Apple Account you are signed in with.
Most reports are one of these:
- A game will not open or keeps loading.
- The App Store asks you to subscribe again.
- Family members cannot see Arcade.
- Game progress is missing on another device.
First check the Apple Arcade line on System Status. With no issue listed there, update iOS or iPadOS and check that your iCloud+ plan is active.
Update the iPad to the latest iPadOS, then open the Arcade tab in the App Store or the Apple Games app. Arcade games play only while your plan is active, even ones already downloaded. On a shared iPad, sign in to Media & Purchases with the Apple Account that has iCloud+.
Apple Arcade comes included with iCloud+, and is not sold on its own any more. iCloud+ plans start at Rs 75 a month for 50GB and also include Apple TV.

Arcade shows up for family members the first time they open the Apple Games app after the plan starts. If it does not:
- Check every member uses the same Apple Account for Family Sharing and for Media & Purchases.
- Turn on purchase sharing under Settings, Family.
- Sign out of Media & Purchases and sign back in.
Sign in to iCloud and Game Center with the same Apple Account on every device, and keep each device updated. Progress then syncs on supported games. If you cancelled and subscribe again, your progress comes back, though some saves may no longer work if you wait too long.
