Transfer debited but not credited? Do not repeat it. A failed transfer is reversed to your BoB account. Note the reference before you raise anything.

Try the same payment from another UPI app linked to your Bank of Baroda account, or from bob World. If every app gives the same error, Bank of Baroda's UPI side is down, so stop retrying. A failed UPI debit returns to your Bank of Baroda account within one working day, as the RBI requires; check the UPI reference in your app's history before paying again.

Do not send it again. A failed transfer is reversed; RBI rules give banks until the next working day (T+1) for a failed UPI or IMPS debit. Keep the reference, and if it does not return, raise a complaint and hold on to the tracker ID.

Call 1800 5700 or 1800 5000 and press option 1, which is for a lost card, a fraud or a transaction you did not make. You can also block the card inside bob World under Quick Actions.
