If Yes Bank isn't working

Do not resend a failed transfer A failed IMPS, NEFT or UPI payment comes back to the account; for UPI and IMPS, RBI rules set T+1 as the deadline. Keep the UTR or reference number and check your statement before trying again, or you may be debited twice.
Try IRIS and YES ONLINE in turn The IRIS app and YES ONLINE net banking reach the same account. If one will not load, use the other: IRIS on your phone, YES ONLINE in a browser.
Check signal and your registered number OTPs are sent only to your YES BANK registered mobile number. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and give it a minute before asking for a fresh OTP.
Update or reinstall IRIS An old IRIS by YES BANK version can freeze at login. Update it from the store, or clear its cache, and sign in again with your MPIN.

Either the bank's systems are down or something on your side is blocking you. A bank-side fault shows up as YES ONLINE refusing logins, the IRIS app hanging, or UPI payments timing out. Because YES BANK is the sponsor bank for several third party UPI apps, the same fault can hit an app that carries no YES BANK name.

A locked login ID can be reopened from the YES ONLINE login page, using your debit card, credit card, loan account or Aadhaar details.

Forgot the password? Reset it on YES ONLINE itself, as the IRIS app does not offer a reset. YES ONLINE is free for anyone with a savings, current, loan or credit card account at the bank.

It returns to your YES BANK account, and RBI rules set T+1 as the limit for UPI and IMPS. For a failed UPI or IMPS transfer, the RBI deadline is the next working day (T+1). Note the UTR or reference number and do not pay again. Still missing after that? Ring 1800 1200 and give the transaction date, amount and reference.

Paisa account mein wapas aayega; UPI aur IMPS ke liye RBI ki seema agla working day hai. RBI ke niyam ke hisaab se failed UPI ya IMPS ka paisa agle working day (T+1) tak lautna chahiye.
