About Blinkit

Blinkit is the quick commerce app that put ten minute grocery delivery into Indian cities. It was formerly Grofers, and it works out of dark stores, small neighbourhood warehouses stocked for exactly this purpose.

Owned by Eternal, the same company behind Zomato, it has grown to be larger than the food delivery business that acquired it. Groceries are the core but it now carries electronics, toys and even emergency items.

Evenings, weekends and rainy days are its busiest, and festival eves such as Diwali and Holi bring extreme spikes.

If Blinkit isn't working

Payment failed but money deducted? Do not repay. A debited but unconfirmed order is refunded. Contact support with the transaction details if it does not return on its own.
Can't place an order? Update the app, clear its cache and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Also check that a store is serving your area.
No stores serving your area? Check the hour and the weather before assuming a fault. Dark stores pause in heavy rain, during stock-outs and overnight in many localities. If a nearby pincode shows slots, yours is paused or uncovered rather than broken.
Order stuck? Cancel from the order details while it is still packing. Once it is out for delivery, contact support.
