Blinkit, run by Blink Commerce Private Limited, delivers groceries in minutes from dark stores, small neighbourhood warehouses that exist only to be picked from. It was Grofers until 2021 and is now part of Eternal, the company behind Zomato.
Coverage is set store by store, not city by city. Two addresses in the same locality can get different answers, and a store shuts overnight in many neighbourhoods, pauses in heavy rain and goes quiet when stock runs out. That is why the app can look broken when nothing is down.

Check what others are reporting on this page. Many reports in the same half hour mean Blinkit itself has a problem. If the app says no store serves your address, that is a pause, not an outage.
Three things get called an outage. The app can be down everywhere, which shows as reports from many cities. Your dark store can be shut, paused or out of stock, and the app then shows it as unavailable. In heavy rain it slows and adds a rain surge charge.
Check coverage and store hours first. Blinkit serves address by address from dark stores, so your lane can sit outside a zone that covers the next road. In many areas deliveries run from 6 AM to 11 PM, and only select areas take orders between midnight and 6 AM, so the app shows Blinkit as currently unavailable outside those hours. A store can also be temporarily unavailable in heavy rain or a stock-out. Type a nearby pincode: if that one takes orders, yours is paused.
Do not pay again. A debit with no order against it reverses to the same payment method. If it has not come back, open that order in the app and tap Help, with the UPI reference ready.

Cancel while the order still shows as packing, from inside the order. Once a rider has collected it, only Help on that order is left. Delivery time is a best effort, not a promise. The address cannot be changed after ordering; cancel and reorder instead.
