Check the reports on this page. Reports piling up from several cities together mean Zepto is facing a technical issue for everyone. A low count usually points at your app, your connection, or the dark store that serves your address.
Ten minute delivery depends on a dark store close to you holding stock, so an address just outside a served pincode fails while a nearby one works. Heavy rain and stock-outs pause stores routinely without anything being broken, and a store shown as under maintenance is the same thing: that one location is off for a while, not the whole app.
Do not pay again. An order that was debited but never confirmed is refunded on its own, and Zepto's terms put a confirmed refund at seven business days back to the source account. Raise it in the app chat with the order ID if nothing arrives by then.
There are three usual reasons. Your address may be outside Zepto's delivery areas, which list eight cities and about 210 localities. The store that serves you may be paused for a while because of rain, stock-outs or late hours. Or Zepto itself may be down, which shows up here as reports from many cities. Entering a nearby address tells the first two apart.
