About Zepto

Zepto was started in 2021 by two teenaged founders who dropped out of university, and it forced the whole Indian grocery market to think in ten minute deliveries.

It runs on a dense network of dark stores in major cities, and has extended into Zepto Cafe for coffee and snacks alongside the grocery basket. Its demand curve is sharp, mornings for daily essentials and evenings for everything else, with the heaviest hours on weekends and during festivals when small top-up orders multiply.

If Zepto isn't working

Payment failed but money deducted? Do not repay. A debited but unconfirmed order is refunded. Contact support with the details if it does not return on its own.
Can't place an order? Update the app, clear its cache and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. Also check that delivery is available in your area.
Delivery unavailable in your area? The store near you may be closed or paused. Try again later or check a nearby area.
Order late or stuck? Check the order status. A failed or cancelled order is refunded. Contact support if it stays stuck.
