If Jio isn't working

Count the reports near you When lots of Jio users in your area report at the same time, the fault sits with Jio's network and your phone is fine. Give Jio time to fix it.
Restart the connection Turn airplane mode on for a few seconds and off again, or restart the phone. This clears many single-phone drops.
Check a second SIM or Wi-Fi If another network works at the same spot, the fault is Jio's. Report it on 198 from your Jio number.
Check your plan in MyJio An expired plan cuts calls and data just like a fault. Open MyJio, or ask someone to check the number's plan, and recharge if it has lapsed.

Other ways to access Jio

Borrow data from a second SIM A SIM from another operator, shared as a Wi-Fi hotspot, keeps you online until Jio's network recovers.
