If Asianet Broadband isn't working
-
Are Asianet users in other Kerala districts reporting it? Reports from several Kerala districts together point to an Asianet network fault.
-
Restart the modem Switch the modem off for a minute and back on, then wait for the lights to settle.
-
Look at the fibre light If the fibre light on the modem is off or red, register a complaint, since a reset will not fix a line fault.
-
Check your dues Unpaid bills can stop the service, so confirm the last payment went through on Quick Pay.
-
Test on a cable If speed is fine on a LAN cable, the problem is Wi-Fi range, not the line.

Questions
Asianet users across Kerala post outages here as they happen, and we check asianetbroadband.in. Reports from one town at once point to a local line or cable fault; reports from many districts mean a wider problem.
The usual causes:
- A line or fibre cut in your area.
- Unpaid dues on the connection.
- The modem needs a restart.
- A login problem on the account.
Restart the modem, check the fibre light, and confirm the bill is paid. Then register a complaint with the helpline.
Test the speed with a cable or close to the modem. Asianet supplies dual-band modems, so connect to the faster 5 GHz network where your device supports it. If speed stays low across devices, log a speed complaint with the helpline.
Call the helpline 1800 425 4725 or message WhatsApp support, or use Register your complaints on the Contact Us page. Note the complaint number you get.
If it is not fixed, the Complaint Escalation form on asianetbroadband.in takes it further; quote that number.
Click Pay Online on asianetbroadband.in, which opens Quick Pay on the myasianet portal. Keep your subscriber code ready.
Postpaid bills can also be paid at payments.asianet.co.in, and Other Payment Options lists offline points by town.
Use the Prepaid login on asianetbroadband.in to recharge online. For prepaid queries, Asianet lists a separate line, 92 40 214 214.
Unlimited fibre plans at speeds up to 1 Gbps, for 1, 3, 6, 12 or 24 months, with extra benefits on longer plans. Asianet does not print prices on its site; the new connection line, 80860 11111, gives the current rates for your area.
Across Kerala, in over 100 towns. Asianet has pages for Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Kochi, Thrissur, Palakkad, Malappuram, Calicut, Kannur and Kasaragod.
Yes. Fill in the Shift form on asianetbroadband.in with your old and new address and pincode, and Asianet contacts you to arrange the transfer.
No. Asianet's terms say monthly plan charges, once processed, are not refunded or moved to another account, and the activation charge is not refundable. The modem stays Asianet's property.
The helpline is 1800 425 4725. The toll-free number, WhatsApp chat and email are on our Asianet Broadband helpline page.
