Yes. For registration and login problems, the AFD portal gives [email protected]; it is a Zoho Mail address, and it is genuine, printed on the portal's own HelpDesk page. Send your registered username, email ID, phone number and the error message.

Apply at your nominated Unit Run Canteen (URC) with an affidavit giving the reason, a cancelled cheque, the original supply order, an authority letter and proof of payment such as the UTR number. The URC sends it to the CSD depot and then CSD Head Office. CSD says this can take up to 3 months, and no interest is paid.

Do not pay. CSD says AFD portal services are free, including registration, filling the form and release of the supply order. Report anyone who asks for money to [email protected].

CSD depots issue stock to each URC against the demand that URC projects, and the URC's own funds matter too. If a URC under-projects its demand, it runs short. Speak to your URC about its demand.
