About RailOne
Help with RailOne, the Indian Railways super app from the Centre for Railway Information Systems (CRIS), starts inside the app. Open the menu at the bottom right of the home screen and choose Help & Support. If you cannot sign in, the same option sits on the login page, and CRIS also answers at [email protected].
For a complaint about a journey, a ticket or a refund, RailMadad is built into the app, and Indian Railways' 139 helpline takes calls too.

Call 139, the Indian Railways RailMadad helpline, for a problem with a journey or a ticket. For app issues such as login, payment or R-Wallet, use Help & Support in the RailOne menu or write to [email protected].

[email protected], the address CRIS gives for RailOne app problems. Write your registered mobile number, the booking or transaction ID and the time of the error, with a screenshot.
Open RailMadad inside RailOne to raise the complaint and track it later. You can also ring 139 and give your PNR or UTS ticket number.
Tap Help & Support on the login page itself. Old UTS and IRCTC credentials work on RailOne, so try those before making a new account.
Check My Bookings first, since refund requests for cancelled or missed journeys are raised in the app. If money was debited and no ticket appeared, email [email protected] with the transaction ID, date and amount.
It carries over. Indian Railways has said the UTS R-Wallet balance does not lapse and is usable on RailOne. Sign in with your UTS login to see it, and write to [email protected] if the balance is missing.
