Welcome to SiteDownStatus. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of this website - SiteDownStatus ("we", "us", "our"). SiteDownStatus is operated by ATHOD TECH PVT LTD, a company based in Jaipur, India (hereinafter referred to as the ATPL). By accessing or using this site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What SiteDownStatus is

SiteDownStatus is an independent, India-first outage checker and helpline directory. We show whether a website, app or service appears to be working, having issues or down, based on user reports and our own automated check, and we list customer care and helpline numbers for reference.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of the services, companies, banks or government bodies listed on this site. All names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the service being referred to.

2. The status is unofficial and best-effort

This is important, so please read it carefully. The status shown on this site is an unofficial, best-effort estimate. It can be wrong. A service may work perfectly for you while others report problems, or the reverse. Our automated check runs from one or more locations and cannot see every kind of problem, and user reports can be incomplete or delayed.

You should treat everything on this site as a helpful signal and not as a definitive or official statement. Always confirm on the official website or app of the service before making any decision, especially anything involving money, payments, deadlines, travel or important accounts. We are not responsible for any action you take, or do not take, based on information on this site.

3. Helpline numbers

Helpline and contact numbers are compiled from official and public sources and checked from time to time. Numbers can change, get rerouted, or be busy, and we cannot guarantee that any number is current, reachable or correct at the moment you use it. Please confirm on the official website before calling about anything urgent, and never share sensitive details such as full card numbers, OTPs or passwords with anyone on a call, as we will never ask for these and genuine helplines usually will not either.

4. Using the site

You agree to use SiteDownStatus only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the site or other users. In particular, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading, spammy or automated reports, or otherwise interfere with the accuracy of the data;
• attempt to overload, disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its systems;
• misuse the search or check features to attack, probe or harm any third-party website; or
• use the site or its content in any way that breaks applicable law or infringes anyone's rights.

We may limit, suspend or block access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.

5. Reports and feedback you submit

When you submit an outage report, a "working for me" confirmation, or "did this number work" feedback, you are giving us information to display in aggregate and to improve the service. You confirm that what you submit is genuine and your own. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and aggregate this feedback as part of the site. We may moderate, aggregate or remove submissions at our discretion, for example to prevent abuse.

6. Checking a website that we do not track

If you search for a website we do not already track, we may run a one-time check to see if it responds, and show you the result. This is provided as-is and for general information only, and it is not continuous monitoring. If you ask us to list a website, or submit it for listing, you confirm you are entitled to make that request. We may accept, decline or remove any listing at our discretion. Any paid listing, if offered, will be subject to its own separate terms shown at the time.

7. Intellectual property

The SiteDownStatus name, design, original text and the compiled directory are owned by ATPL and are protected by law. You may view and share links to our pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, scrape, republish or reuse substantial parts of our content or data without our written permission.

Third-party names, logos and trademarks shown on the site remain the property of their owners and are used only for identification.

8. Third-party links

Our site links to external websites, including official service and helpline pages. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Visiting them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. No warranty

The site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the status shown is correct, that helpline numbers are current, or that the site will be error-free or always available.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteDownStatus Team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for any loss of money, data, opportunity or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, this site or anything on it, including reliance on any status, report or helpline number. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SiteDownStatus Team, ATPL, its directors, employees and partners harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of your misuse of the site or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes to the site and these Terms

We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the site at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes will be made clear on this page. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, will have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site.
