Check the reports on this page. Slotted delivery, bbnow and bb Daily sit on the same account but run as separate services, so one can fail while the others keep taking orders. When all of them draw reports at once, BigBasket itself has a technical issue.
Evening and weekend slots fill quickly, and a slot list with nothing in it is not an outage. If the app will not open for you alone, it is usually the app version or your connection.
Do not pay a second time. Look in My Orders first. An amount with no order behind it is reversed to the account it came from, normally inside a few working days.
Report a missing item from My Orders in the app within 48 hours of delivery. Hand a damaged or unsealed product back to the delivery partner at the door. Refunds go to your bbWallet unless you ask for the original payment method.
