About Domino's
Domino's Pizza India is run by Jubilant FoodWorks Limited, the master franchisee with the exclusive rights to the brand here. Orders come in through the Domino's app, the pizzaonline.dominos.co.in site, the outlets themselves, and Swiggy and Zomato.
Each order is sent to the Domino's restaurant mapped to your address, which has to accept it, bake it and send a rider. So the app can load normally while your own outlet is closed, too busy or out of an item. Most outlets open around 11 AM and close near midnight, and only selected outlets deliver late at night, from 11 PM to 3 AM.
On festival nights such as New Year's Eve, Ganesh Festival and Durga Puja, the timed Service Guarantee does not apply. Domino's also delivers pre-ordered meals to train passengers through IRCTC, cash on delivery only.

Check the live reports on this page. If people in many cities are reporting together, the Domino's app or site has a technical issue. When only you see the problem, check closer home first: your nearest outlet, your network or an old version of the app.
Check your outlet before the whole app. Every Domino's order goes to the outlet that serves your address, and that kitchen must accept it, so a closed or busy outlet blocks the order while the menu still loads. The menu also shows only what that outlet has today; a missing pizza means your outlet is not carrying it.
Check your nearest outlet first; it may not be taking orders. There are three different cases:
- Outlet closed or busy: each restaurant keeps its own hours, mostly from about 11 AM to midnight, shown on the store locator at dominos.co.in. After 11 PM only selected outlets deliver, until 3 AM.
- Address not covered: if your locality is outside every outlet's delivery area, the app cannot take a delivery order. Pick it up from the nearest outlet instead.
- Real outage: many people in different cities reporting Domino's here at the same time means the app itself is down.

Do not pay again straight away. When an order fails, the Domino's app shows Refund Initiated and says the money generally takes 4 to 10 business days to reach your account. If the status is awaited, Domino's sends an SMS and refunds you if the outlet does not confirm. Its own advice is to retry after 15 minutes.
Call the outlet that is making it. Domino's terms say the restaurant gives the quickest status update, and the Call button on the store locator dials that outlet. Logged in, you can also tap Need Help? Chat with Us! on the order screen. Check with the store before you order again, so you do not pay twice.
Close the app and update it from your app store. If it still hangs, order in your phone's browser at pizzaonline.dominos.co.in, logging in with the same mobile number. At checkout, try another payment option when one bank or UPI app is slow.
Check the coupon's terms against your cart first. Check these first:
- Domino's does not apply a coupon when Everyday Value (EDV) pizzas are in the cart.
- Only one coupon works per order, and it does not combine with other offers.
- Most coupons need a minimum order value and skip beverages, meals and combos.
- Many work only on delivery orders placed in the Domino's app or website, once a day, and not on Swiggy or Zomato.
If the coupon applied but the payment failed, Domino's asks you to try again after 15 minutes.
