Check the reports on this page. A rush of reports from many cities at once points to a technical issue on Zomato's side. A thin count usually means something local: your app version, your connection, or the restaurants near you being offline.
Lots of Zomato users reporting the same failure points to Zomato's servers, which only Zomato can fix. On your own, update the Zomato app, flip your connection between data and Wi-Fi, and confirm the delivery address. A restaurant showing as closed is not an outage; the outlet sets its own hours on Zomato.
It is not your account. These messages come from Zomato's side or from the restaurant you picked. Try another restaurant first; if every order fails and reports here are rising, Zomato itself is down, so wait and retry.
