Do not resend a failed payment A second attempt before the first debit comes back can cost you twice. Look at the statement and note the UTR.
Switch between YONO, YONO Lite and net banking If one of YONO, YONO Lite and OnlineSBI is stuck, try another before deciding SBI itself is down.
OTP not coming? Check signal on your registered mobile and wait one minute before asking for a new OTP.
Update YONO Get the newest YONO from your phone's app store and log in afresh.

Other ways to access SBI

Use SBI WhatsApp banking Send Hi to +91 90226 90226 and verify with an OTP to get your balance, a mini statement, an account statement or a cheque book request without YONO.
Pay by UPI from another app SBI accounts work in every UPI app, so BHIM, GPay or PhonePe can still pay when YONO or net banking is stuck.
Block a card by phone The contact centre's IVR blocks an ATM card, internet banking or UPI at any hour, even when every app is down.
Use an ATM or branch An SBI ATM gives cash and a balance, and a branch can push through a large or stuck transfer.
Reach SBI support SBI's helplines, from 1800 1234 to the fraud desk, are listed with the complaint portal on the verified SBI helpline page.

Those apps send your payment through SBI's UPI system. When SBI's side is slow, every app shows the failure at once. Give it a few minutes, or pay from a different bank account linked to the app.

Check your statement and note the UTR first. RBI's reversal timelines make SBI return a failed UPI or IMPS debit by the next working day, with Rs 100 owed to you for every late day. Money still missing? Register a complaint on crh.sbi.bank.in.

Check that your registered mobile has signal and can receive SMS, then wait a minute before asking for another OTP. If only YONO fails, try OnlineSBI net banking or YONO Lite.

YONO na khule to OnlineSBI net banking ya YONO Lite try karein. Balance ya statement ke liye WhatsApp par +91 90226 90226 ko Hi bhejein. Paisa kat gaya aur transaction fail hua to dobara na bhejein; UTR sambhal kar rakhein.
