About PhysicsWallah
PhysicsWallah (PW), run by Physicswallah Limited, teaches students for JEE, NEET, UPSC, GATE, defence exams and school boards. Most of it happens in the PW app and on pw.live: live classes, recorded lectures, tests and study material.
PW also runs offline and hybrid centres under the PW Vidyapeeth and PW Pathshala names, in cities such as Delhi, Kota, Patna and Noida.
An outage shows up as live classes not loading, videos buffering, or login failing on the app and website together.

If PhysicsWallah isn't working
-
Update the PW app An old PW app version can stop loading classes. Update it and log in again.
-
Lower the video quality Buffering classes play smoother at a lower quality. Change it from the player settings.
-
Clear cache or reinstall If the app freezes on the home screen, clear its cache from phone settings or reinstall it.
-
Log in on pw.live When the app will not open, use pw.live in Chrome or another browser with the same number.
-
Check the live status on this page Many students reporting together means PW is down. Wait and rejoin the class after some time.

Questions
This page shows it: student reports next to our check of pw.live. When many students report the PW app or live class failing within the same few minutes, PW's servers are the problem. When nobody else is reporting, look at your internet and app version.
Big live classes and test days bring huge numbers of students online at the same hour. If both the PW app and pw.live fail to load, the server is struggling. If only videos buffer, your connection speed is the usual cause.
Close and reopen the class, then lower the video quality in the player. Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data. If the class still does not start and many students are reporting, wait for PW to fix it; PW offers recorded classes too, so check your batch for the recording later.
Then the app is the problem. Update the PW app, clear its cache, or reinstall it. Meanwhile, log in on pw.live in a browser to join the class.
No. PW's terms say an online batch is non-refundable. If you bought a batch by mistake, you can ask to change it to another batch of the same amount within 10 days of purchase. Books damaged or lost by the courier are replaced.
Is page ki live reports se pata chalega. Live class ke samay ek saath kai students PW app ki report karein, to dikkat PW ki taraf se hai. Baaki sab theek chal raha ho to PW app update karke dekhein, ya browser me pw.live kholkar class join karein.
