About IBPS

The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection, IBPS, runs the Common Recruitment Process (CRP) for public sector banks and regional rural banks. It covers Customer Service Associates (CSA, the clerical cadre), Probationary Officers and Management Trainees, Specialist Officers, and the RRB posts of Office Assistant and Officer Scale I, II and III.

Each process runs from online registration through a preliminary and a main exam, and an interview for officers, to provisional allotment to a bank. Candidates come back to ibps.in several times a season, for registration, call letters, results and scorecards.

Other ways to access IBPS

Come back within the open period IBPS keeps each registration, call letter and result link open for a stated period, so a later attempt inside it counts the same.
Fix the form in the edit window For 2 days after registration closes, IBPS opens an edit window to correct the form, including payment for the edit.
Retrieve a lost password Forgot Password on the login page gets it back, or use your date of birth where the page accepts it.
Put it on record at CGRS cgrs.ibps.in logs the complaint with its own number. The verified IBPS helpline page carries both toll-free lines and their hours.

Often one link fails rather than the whole site. Application forms open on a separate site, ibpsreg.ibps.in, so ibps.in can load while a form does not. IBPS runs one Common Recruitment Process each for CSA, PO, SO and RRB posts, so start from your own exam's page and check the reports here before retrying again and again.

The RRB process, for Office Assistant and the officer posts in regional rural banks, runs on the same ibps.in and ibpsreg.ibps.in sites as the other exams. Open CRP RRBs on ibps.in for its registration, call letter and result links, and check the reports here; many RRB candidates reporting together means a fault at IBPS's end.

IBPS names three causes: a registration that did not complete, a payment that did not go through, or wrong login details. Check each against your application. The exam date, time and centre on the call letter cannot be changed, and a Pre-Exam Training call letter appears only if you opted for it.
