No. Both lines answer from 9:30 AM to 6 PM and close on Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays in Maharashtra. Outside those hours, lodge the query online on cgrs.ibps.in.

Use the Candidate Grievance Redressal System at cgrs.ibps.in and choose Register new Complaint, with as much detail as you can. A valid email address is needed, and each complaint gets a unique number for Check complaint Status. IBPS's contact page lists no complaint email as of now, so the portal is the written route.

Register it on CGRS. IBPS takes queries on the correctness of a score, and system or server trouble during the exam, there and addresses them on merit. It does not share answer sheets, question papers or answer keys.

The allotted bank. IBPS's role ends at provisional allotment, and the offer of appointment, verification and joining are for that bank to decide. A bank preference cannot be changed once submitted.

www.ibps.in is IBPS's only authorised website. IBPS has no franchise, runs no coaching classes and has authorised no agency or person to act for it. An appointment letter comes only from the bank you are allotted to.
