If PhonePe isn't working

Payment stuck or failed? Check History and your bank statement before retrying. A failed debit is reversed, so do not pay twice.
Switch the bank account Pick a second linked account in PhonePe and pay again. One bank being down does not stop the others.
'Something went wrong' on repeat? Update the app and sign in again. A stale session throws that message even when UPI is fine.
On a feature phone? PhonePe keeps a separate line for its feature-phone app, 080-61123123 or 022-61123123.

Other ways to access PhonePe

Pay from another UPI app The same bank account works in Google Pay, Paytm or your bank's own app.
Keep a second bank account linked When one bank's server is down, the other can still pay.
Card or net banking for a large amount Above the UPI limit, or when UPI is down, a card or net banking IMPS still moves money.
Money left your account? Raise it from History first, then the verified PhonePe contacts if it is not back in a week.

A UPI payment passes through PhonePe, your bank and the receiver's bank. Any one of them failing looks identical on your screen.

Pay a small amount from a second linked account. If that goes through, your first bank is the problem. If both fail, the trouble is wider than one bank.

Yes. PhonePe reverses a failed payment, and for UPI the RBI's T+1 rule has the bank return the money within a working day of the failure. It says the refund can start at once but takes 3 to 10 days to show in the account, depending on how you paid. Do not pay again meanwhile.

Dusra bank account ya dusri UPI app try karein. Paise kat gaye to dobara pay na karein, failed payment ka paisa RBI niyam ke hisaab se agle working day tak wapas aata hai. Phir bhi dikkat ho to PhonePe support ko 080-68727374 par call karein.
