MobiKwik, run by the listed company One MobiKwik Systems Limited, started as a mobile wallet and now also offers UPI, recharges, bill payments, ZIP EMI loans and investments. Its Pocket UPI lets you pay any UPI QR or ID straight from the wallet balance, without linking a bank account.

That gives it two payment paths, the wallet and bank-linked UPI. ZIP EMI, its instant loan, goes up to Rs 2,00,000.

Try the other payment path At checkout, pick the other option. Pocket UPI pays from the wallet, while bank UPI depends on your bank's servers.
Debited but failed? Keep the order ID. An approved refund can take 3 to 10 business days to show in your bank.
Unauthorised transaction? Report it at once from Help, then Report Fraud, or to [email protected], and keep the ticket ID.
App not opening? Update MobiKwik from the app store and try once on mobile data instead of Wi-Fi.

Check the live reports on this page. If users across India report UPI, wallet or recharge failures together, MobiKwik or a partner bank has a technical issue or downtime. If it is only you, update the app and check your KYC status under My Profile.

Check which payment path failed. Pocket UPI pays from the wallet balance, while bank UPI needs your own bank's servers, so when one stops, try the other. A bank's downtime shows up as a failed UPI payment even when the app itself is fine.

Within 3 to 10 business days of the refund being approved, going by MobiKwik's grievance policy. Banks add their own delay after approval. If nothing moves, raise it in the app's Help & Support with the order ID.

Check the order in your transaction history before paying again. A complaint raised in Help & Support gets a first reply within 48 hours, and MobiKwik aims to resolve it within 7 working days. A prepaid recharge sent to a wrong number is final, so check the number before you pay.

Switch the payment path first. If UPI from your bank fails, pay with Pocket UPI from the wallet balance; if the wallet is the problem, pay from the linked bank account. If the app will not open at all, update it from your app store.

MobiKwik KYC is a video KYC in the app: My Profile, then Complete your KYC, then Start Video KYC. Keep your Aadhaar or PAN card ready, and use Wi-Fi if the video call keeps dropping on mobile data.

Refund approve hone ke baad bhi paisa account mein aane mein 3 se 10 business days lag sakte hain. App ke Help & Support mein order ID ke saath ticket banayein, woh 24x7 chalta hai. Dobara pay karne se pehle transaction history dekh lein.
