About Navi

Navi Limited is the fintech app founded by Sachin Bansal, one of the Flipkart co-founders, and it has grown into one of the bigger UPI apps in the country after the top few.

The app puts UPI payments, personal and home loans, mutual funds and insurance in one place, with a deliberately simple flow that is meant to be finished in a few taps. Its lending business is the money earner while UPI brings the daily traffic.

Loan repayment dates, salary week and ordinary evening payment hours are when it carries the most load.

If Navi isn't working

For a failed payment, keep the reference A failed payment is normally auto reversed. Note the reference and wait, rather than paying again and risking a double debit.
Refresh and update the app Reload the Navi app, update it from the store, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data.
Try a different bank or UPI app If one bank keeps declining, use another linked bank, and the same account often works in another UPI app if the issue is this app.
Never share OTP or use screen-sharing Navi never asks for your OTP, PIN or a screen-sharing app. Anyone asking is a scammer, so do not share anything.
