If Navi isn't working

Pay from another linked bank If one bank keeps declining, switch to another bank account linked to Navi UPI.
Update the app Install the latest Navi app, then try again on a steady connection.
UPI Lite payment failed? Pay the same amount with your UPI PIN from the linked bank instead.
Asked for your PIN to receive money? Stop there. Navi's fraud guide says the UPI PIN is only for sending money, never for receiving it.
