No. 080-68727374 is a landline, so your usual call rate applies. In-app help under History costs nothing and leaves a ticket.

Open History, pick that payment and tap Contact PhonePe Support. PhonePe says a refund can start at once but takes 3 to 10 days to reach the account.

Raise a grievance at grievance.phonepe.com if support has not sorted it out. PhonePe's grievance policy sets out the later stages, including its nodal officer, on its own page.

Use the app first: tap the help icon on the home screen and pick the topic, or raise a ticket at support.phonepe.com for login trouble. If that does not settle it, file a grievance at grievance.phonepe.com. PhonePe lists no customer support email on its contact page as of now.

080-61123123 or 022-61123123. That line is for the PhonePe app on feature phones.

Call 080-68727374 at once and raise it in the app as well. Report money lost to fraud on 1930 too. PhonePe never asks for a UPI PIN, and no refund needs one, so anyone asking is a fraud.
