BHIM and UPI are run by NPCI, and the official 24x7 helpline for UPI and digital-payment problems is DigiSaathi, set up by NPCI along with the RBI. It covers failed payments, money debited but not received, and general UPI questions across apps and banks, and the official numbers are listed here so you reach them directly.

For a specific transaction your bank or the app you paid from is usually fastest, though DigiSaathi can point you to the right place. Keep the UPI reference or transaction ID ready, and note that no official helpline asks for your UPI PIN.
