Check for pending dues An unpaid bill can put your ACT connection in suspended mode. Clear the dues in the ACT app, then check again.
Restart the router Switch the router off, wait a minute, and switch it back on before testing again.
Check your FUP data Past your data limit, the plan drops to post-FUP speed. Buy Flexybytes in the ACT app to get back to your plan speed.
Pause heavy downloads Torrents and other heavy apps running in the background slow everything else down. Pause them and test the speed again.
