Restart and toggle airplane mode Switch the phone off and on, or turn airplane mode on for a few seconds and off again, so it searches for the BSNL network afresh.
Try another spot Signal can drop indoors or in one part of town. Step outside or move a short distance and check again.
Check your pack An expired plan or used-up data looks like a network fault. Check your balance and validity in the BSNL Selfcare app.
Report it on 1503 From a BSNL mobile, call 1503; from another network, 1800-180-1503. Both are toll-free. Note any complaint number you are given.
