JioFiber is the home fiber broadband of Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited, sold together with the wireless JioAirFiber under the JioHome name. Plans bundle internet, a fixed-line phone and the Jio set-top box with OTT apps.

Plans, bills and service requests are handled in the MyJio app, and JioHome has its own 24x7 support line, WhatsApp chat and email. Jio's mobile network is tracked on a separate page.

Check the fiber cable A loose or bent fiber cable turns the router light red; reconnect it gently.

Test on a cable If a laptop on a LAN cable works, the issue is WiFi range, not the line.

Questions

Many JioFiber users in one city reporting together point to a fibre cut or a local fault. If you are the only one, restart the router and check your plan in MyJio.

Common reasons are a cut or loose fiber cable, a power failure at the local node, an expired plan, or a router that needs a restart. After a recharge, give it a few minutes and restart the router so the new plan is picked up.

Check the fibre cable first. Make sure it is firmly in and not bent, restart the router, and call JioHome support if the red light stays.

Yes. Jio supports JioFiber and JioAirFiber together as JioHome, with the same 24x7 support line, WhatsApp number and email.

Restart the set-top box and the router, then open the app again. For an OTT login problem, JioHome support needs the Service ID of the connection and the mobile number registered on it.

Call JioHome support or raise the request in MyJio. The service centre books a Home Care Engineer visit to your address when a fault needs someone on site.
