Home users pick plans by circle, from Andhra Pradesh to West Bengal, including broadband-plus-OTT plans, and recharge online. RailWire also runs Wi-Fi at railway stations and PM-WANI plans. New fibre connections carry a one-time installation charge of up to Rs 3,000, including the ONU.

If RailWire isn't working

Most outages are local, since a partner operator runs the last mile in your area. A fibre cut or power failure at the local node takes a whole locality offline.
