No general one, and Zepto says so on its own support page. Orders, refunds and delivery problems go through in-app chat and [email protected]. One line is published, for complaints only: the grievance officer on 9228853846, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM.

Open the order in the app and tap the help option on it, which starts a chat with the order already attached. For a written trail, write to [email protected]. Keep the order ID in the first message either way.

Raise it on that order the same day and attach a photograph where you can. Damaged or perishable items are settled fastest when the report comes in immediately after delivery.

Zepto's terms put a confirmed refund at seven business days, back to the account you paid from. A cash on delivery order is different: it is returned as Zepto Cash, because there is no source account to send it to.

Write to [email protected] for an order, refund or delivery problem, with the order ID. If that does not settle it, Zepto's terms name [email protected], the Grievance cum Nodal Officer's address, answered Mon-Sat, 9 AM-6 PM.

Not for everyday support. Zepto's support page states it has no customer care phone number and warns about fake ones. The only line it publishes is the grievance officer, 9228853846, Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM, for a complaint chat has not settled. Zepto warns that any other number claiming to be its support is fake.
