Q: Why are funds not showing in my Angel One account?

Angel One asks you to wait 15 minutes when fund requests are heavy. Funds must come from the bank account registered with Angel One, in your name; money from an unregistered account is credited back in 3-4 working days. A UPI request not accepted within 10 minutes times out.

Q: Why is the Angel One chart not loading?

Update your browser, and on Android the Android System WebView. On the web platform, clear the browser history; in the mobile app, clear the app's cache and data. The chart should then load.

Check Order History before retrying The Orders tab shows whether the order went through and why it was rejected, so you do not double up.
Switch between the app and the web platform If the Angel One app will not respond, log in on the web platform from a browser instead.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data Angel One not working on Wi-Fi? A frozen screen is sometimes the network, so move to mobile data, or the reverse, and reload.
Clear cache for a blank chart Clear the app's cache and data, or the browser history on the web, then reload the chart.
Give added funds 15 minutes Balances can take up to 15 minutes to update when many fund requests come in together.
