One login covers Indian stocks and F&O through the broker INDstocks Private Limited, mutual funds, IPOs, NPS, the INDpay UPI service and US stocks. The US side runs through INDmoney Global (IFSC) Private Limited at GIFT City, with accounts held by the US brokers DriveWealth and Alpaca.

Several of these products sit with separate group companies and separate support desks. So one section can stop working while the rest of the app loads fine, and the report you file here should name the part that failed.

If INDmoney isn't working

See if other INDmoney users report it When other INDmoney users report the same fault, the fix is on INDmoney's side. Reinstalling now only means signing in to everything again.
Work out which product is failing Indian stocks, US stocks, mutual funds and INDpay UPI sit with different desks. Knowing which one broke tells you whether to wait, act or call.
Check the order book before retrying For a trade, see what reached the exchange first. Placing the same order twice during a glitch is the costly mistake.
Note the SIP date If a scheduled investment falls on a day the app is down, keep a note and do check it went through once the app is back.

Other ways to access INDmoney

Try INDstocks directly INDstocks, the broker that holds INDmoney's Indian stocks accounts, runs its own INDstocks app and the Flash web platform at indstocks.com.
Go to the fund house or the depository A mutual fund purchase or redemption can be placed with the AMC itself. Your shares show in your CDSL statement whether the app opens or not, as INDstocks is a CDSL participant.
Use another UPI app Payments run over the same bank account from any UPI app, so nothing waits on INDpay.
Reach the right INDmoney desk The verified INDmoney contacts list the Indian stocks and US stocks lines, the mutual fund and UPI mailboxes, and the fraud report address.

Questions

When many INDmoney users report the same fault within a few minutes and the live check on this page agrees, the problem is with INDmoney. With no other reports and only your app failing, check your phone and network. Say which product failed when you report, because Indian stocks, US stocks and UPI can break separately.

It may be only one part. Indian stocks run through the broker INDstocks, US stocks through INDmoney Global at GIFT City with DriveWealth or Alpaca, and payments through INDpay UPI. A fault in one of these can leave the rest of the app working. If nothing loads at all and many users are reporting it, the app itself is down.

Not necessarily. The tracker holds investments you add from outside INDmoney, such as EPF, NPS, PPF, FDs and bonds, next to your Indian and US stocks and mutual funds. If the rest of the app loads and only one tracked holding looks old, the app is up. Raise that holding as a ticket from the Help Center.

Check the time first. Regular US trading opens in the Indian evening, so little movement before then is normal. US stocks run through INDmoney Global at GIFT City, a separate company from the Indian stocks side, and they have their own desk on 0794 822 4834 and [email protected].

Pay from another UPI app linked to the same bank account; the money comes from your bank, not from INDmoney. If a payment through INDpay left your account but did not reach the other person, write to [email protected] with the UPI reference number.
