About INDmoney

INDmoney began as a place to see all your money on one screen, pulling mutual funds, deposits, loans and provident fund balances together, and added investing on top of that later. The operating company is Finzoomers Services.

It now covers Indian equities, mutual funds, IPOs and US stocks, the last of these through a GIFT City structure with American brokers holding the underlying accounts. That split matters when something breaks, because a US stocks problem escalates through a different set of desks than an Indian trade does.

It should not be confused with IndianMoney.com, an unrelated Bengaluru company with a similar sounding name.

If INDmoney isn't working

Scan the live status above A wide spread of reports means your handset is fine. Reinstalling a super app mid outage only means signing back into everything.
Work out which product is failing Indian stocks, mutual funds, UPI and US stocks run separately. Knowing which one is broken tells you whether to wait or to act.
Check the order book before retrying For a trade, confirm what reached the exchange first. Placing it twice during a glitch is the costly mistake.
Give the tracker time Balances pulled from banks refresh on their own schedule. A stale net worth figure is rarely a fault worth reporting.
Note the SIP date If a scheduled investment falls on an outage day, keep a record and check whether it executed once access returns.

Go to the fund house or exchange directly A mutual fund transaction can be placed with the AMC, and holdings are visible in your CDSL or NSDL statement regardless of the app.
Use another UPI app Payments run over the same bank account from any UPI app, so nothing is stuck waiting on this one.

Escalate to the right desk The verified INDmoney contact details point at the customer service page and the separate US stocks complaint route, which is not the same address.

The reading and the map above give the current picture. INDmoney has a large user base, so a real outage shows up quickly and broadly here, and a thin scatter of reports usually points at one account rather than the platform.

It bundles several very different things behind one login, Indian stocks, mutual funds, UPI, deposits and US stocks, and each runs on separate infrastructure. That is why one section can fail while the rest works, and why a broken screen does not mean the whole app is down.

Often not. The tracker pulls balances from your banks and other providers through the account aggregator framework, so a stale figure usually means one of those sources did not respond. Give it a refresh cycle before reporting it.
