Check your order book before retrying If an order seems stuck, check whether it actually went through before placing it again, so you do not double up.
Switch between the app and Dhan web If the Dhan app is stuck, try the web platform, or the other way round. If one is down the other often works.
Check your connection Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and reload, since a frozen screen at market open is sometimes your network.
Use call and trade for an urgent order For a time-sensitive trade when the app is down, Dhan's call-and-trade or support line can place the order for you.
