Read the rejection message before retrying A rejected order carries its reason. Fix the margin, price or order type it names instead of placing the same order again.
Clear cache for a blank chart Update the app or browser, clear the cache and cookies, or open Dhan Web in Chrome Incognito or Firefox.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data Change the connection and refresh once; a stuck screen can be the network and not Dhan.
Funds added early morning? Money added between 5 AM and 8 AM shows only after Dhan's start-of-day process ends at 8 AM.

Switch between the app and Dhan Web The Dhan app, Dhan Web, Options Trader and tv.dhan.co are separate front ends, so try another one when the first will not open.
Trade by phone on the Call & Trade desk Dhan's trade desk takes orders by phone during market hours, at Rs 50 plus GST per order.
Add large amounts by net banking UPI is capped at Rs 2 lakh a day, so use net banking, IMPS or NEFT from your linked bank for more.

Find which part is stuck first: login, charts, order placement or fund transfers. Switch between the app and Dhan Web, check the Connectivity Status page, and use the matching fix on this page for charts, orders or funds.

Your Dhan user ID is your registered mobile number. If the password or PIN is rejected, use Forgot Password or Forgot PIN on the login screen. Dhan never asks for your password or PIN on a call, so do not share them.

Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then refresh the screen (Ctrl + R on a desktop). Update the app or browser and clear its cache and cookies. On the web, try another browser such as Chrome Incognito or Firefox; the same steps apply to TradingView charts on tv.dhan.co.

Read the rejection message on the order before placing it again. The commonest reasons in Dhan's own list are funds below the order margin, a basket or hedge placed in the wrong sequence, a price outside the circuit or LPP range, and a price that is not a multiple of the tick size.
