Check your order book before retrying If an order seems stuck, check whether it actually went through before placing it again, so you do not double up.

Check your connection Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and reload, since a frozen screen at market open is sometimes your network.
Check the order details Open the rejected order: low margin or a contract in the F&O ban list is a rule, not an outage.
