Now India's largest stock broker by active clients, Groww started in 2017 as a mutual fund platform and only added stock broking later. It overtook Zerodha in 2023 and has held the top spot since.

Check your order book before retrying If an order seems stuck, check whether it actually went through before placing it again, so you do not double up.
Switch between the app and Groww web web If the Groww app is stuck, try the web platform, or the other way round. If one is down the other often works.

Use call and trade for an urgent order For a time-sensitive trade when the app is down, Groww's call-and-trade or support line can place the order for you.
