About FedEx

FedEx is a global courier and logistics company, and in India it is used most for international express shipments, documents, samples and parcels going abroad or arriving from overseas sellers.

Its India business also covers domestic express, but the international side is where it is strongest, including customs clearance on inbound shipments, which is often what people are actually tracking when a parcel appears stuck. Volumes rise in the year-end shipping season.
