If FedEx isn't working

Copy the tracking number Paste it from the shipping confirmation rather than retyping. One wrong digit and the search returns nothing.
Give it 24 hours FedEx says a status can stay the same for more than a day while the package is in transit.
Open the detailed tracking For a customs hold, the detailed view gives the reason and the recommended action.
Try the app and the website Tracking also runs in the FedEx app. If fedex.com will not load, try the same number there.
Many reports, or one parcel? Many FedEx reports at once point to a FedEx fault. Your own shipment alone points to that parcel.

Other ways to access FedEx

Book the pickup on WhatsApp FedEx takes pickup bookings on WhatsApp, so a site that will not load need not hold up a shipment.
Drop it at a FedEx location The FedEx location finder lists drop-off points, which skips the pickup booking altogether.
Change the delivery in Delivery Manager FedEx Delivery Manager sends SMS or email updates and lets the receiver pick a safe place, a neighbour, another address or a later date, where the destination allows it.
