Track with a different ID XpressBees looks a parcel up by AWB, order ID or registered mobile. If one returns blank, try another.
Allow for the scan gap The record advances at a scan and not in between, so an unchanged entry does not mean the parcel is stuck.
Look for the out-for-delivery message The delivery agent's number arrives by WhatsApp or SMS only once the parcel is out for delivery.
Look at the seller's order page The seller you bought from repeats the same courier status inside its own order history.
Compare with other users Tracking failures reported by many XpressBees users together mean a wider fault, not your AWB.
