Check the live reports on this page. Reports from several cities at once point at dtdc.com or its tracking system; a single report is usually the consignment number or the browser. For a page that will not load, DTDC's own advice is to clear the cache and cookies or switch browsers.

Often the site is fine and the parcel has simply not been scanned, since tracking moves only at a branch scan. Measure the wait against DTDC's estimates: 1 to 2 business days local, 2 to 4 regional, 3 to 7 long-distance.

Check the number and the booking date first. Within DTDC's delivery window, a quiet tracking page is normal between scans. Past it, use Raise a Dispute or Chat with Support on DTDC's customer care page, or call 9606 911 811 with the consignment number.

DTDC's help page covers both. For the website, clear the browser cache and cookies or try a different browser. If the app keeps crashing, force-close it, update it, and reinstall it as a last step.

Look at the live reports: several cities failing together means DTDC. If only your number fails, enter it again and try from another device, which is DTDC's own first step for a tracking error.
