About Shiprocket

Shiprocket does not deliver parcels itself. It is the shipping platform online sellers use to reach couriers: a seller connects a store, and Shiprocket assigns a courier, prints the label, tracks the shipment and handles returns from one panel.

So when Shiprocket has trouble, dispatch can stall for many sellers at once, whichever courier they use. Buyers see Shiprocket in their tracking link, but the store they bought from still owns the order.

If Shiprocket isn't working

Check if the panel is loading If the Shiprocket seller panel is slow or erroring, wait a moment and reload rather than creating the same shipment repeatedly.
Retry label generation If label or manifest generation fails, wait a short while and retry once before switching couriers.
Check the specific courier A tracking delay may be the assigned courier, not Shiprocket. Check which courier the shipment is on.
Raise a ticket from the panel For a stuck shipment or remittance, raise a support ticket from the Shiprocket panel with the order ID.
See if other sellers report it Many sellers reporting Shiprocket at the same moment means a platform fault, not your account.

Buyers: track on Shiprocket's tracking page Shiprocket's shipment tracking page takes the AWB or order ID, and the store's own order page often shows the same status.
Use the assigned courier's tracking Once a courier is assigned, that courier's own website can show the parcel's status directly.
Sellers: wait out a panel incident If the panel is down for everyone, dispatch resumes once Shiprocket resolves it, so avoid duplicate shipments.

The Shiprocket reports on this page tell you. When many sellers report the panel failing within minutes, Shiprocket has downtime or a technical issue; one report alone is more likely a login or network problem on your side.

Shiprocket sits between sellers and couriers, so it can fail in two places. If the panel itself will not load or log you in, the problem is Shiprocket's. If the panel works but tracking will not move, the courier partner's system is usually the one behind.

Reload once and wait a few minutes rather than creating the same shipment again, which can double-book it. If other sellers are reporting here too, it is an incident and dispatch resumes once Shiprocket fixes it.

Tracking changes only when the courier scans the parcel. Check which courier the shipment is on, and look at that courier's own tracking page as well.

Three different things look alike. A pincode no courier on Shiprocket covers stays unserviceable; a pincode paused for weather or a local issue opens again later; an outage breaks the panel for everyone. Checking a nearby pincode tells the first two apart.
