Shiprocket is not a courier at all, it is the layer sellers use to reach couriers. An online seller or D2C brand plugs in their store, and Shiprocket picks a delivery partner, prints the label, tracks the shipment and handles returns from a single dashboard.

That makes it critical infrastructure for small sellers, since a problem here stops dispatch across many businesses at once, whichever courier they were going to use.

Its load is heaviest during big sale events and at the start of the working day, when the day's orders are pushed out.

If Shiprocket isn't working

Check if the panel is loading If the Shiprocket seller panel is slow or erroring, wait a moment and reload rather than creating the same shipment repeatedly.
Retry label generation Label and manifest generation can fail transiently during load. Retry after a short wait before switching couriers.
Check the specific courier A tracking delay may be the assigned courier, not Shiprocket. Check which courier the shipment is on.
Raise a ticket from the panel For a stuck shipment or remittance, raise a support ticket from the Shiprocket panel with the order ID.
Check the live status above If many sellers are reporting Shiprocket right now, it is a wider problem and not just you.

Other ways to access Shiprocket

Buyers: track from the seller's order page If you bought from a store, the seller's own order page or the courier's site often shows tracking when Shiprocket is down.
Sellers: wait out a panel incident If the panel is down for everyone, dispatch resumes once Shiprocket resolves it, so avoid duplicate shipments.
Use the assigned courier's tracking Once a courier is assigned, that courier's own tracking page can show status directly.

Shiprocket carries orders through many courier partners, and tracking only updates when the courier scans the parcel. A status can lag even when Shiprocket is fine, so give it some time.

If many sellers are reporting Shiprocket here together, it is on their side. If not, check your internet, sign out and back in, and see whether the specific courier is the one delayed.
