Copy the tracking ID from the order Take it from the order details, not a forwarded message. One wrong digit and the page shows nothing.
Allow for the gap between scans The status changes only when the parcel is scanned, so a long unchanged line does not mean it is lost.

Check the address and phone on the order A missing flat number or a wrong phone is a common reason a delivery attempt fails.

Check two things first: the tracking ID and the site you are on. Ekart runs tracking on both ekartlogistics.com and ekartlogistics.in, so try the other one, and copy the ID from your order details. A Flipkart order shows the same status inside the Flipkart app.

Tracking moves when the parcel is scanned at a hub or by the delivery agent, so nothing changes between two scans. Give it a few hours. If it has not moved for days, raise it with the store you ordered from, quoting the tracking ID.
