About Ecom Express

Ecom Express was built specifically for ecommerce delivery, founded in 2012 in Gurugram by people who came out of the express courier business, and it grew on the back of cash-on-delivery orders in tier 2 and tier 3 towns.

It is now a subsidiary of Delhivery, which acquired it in 2025 and has been integrating the two networks since. Shoppers reach it to track a parcel from an online order, usually arriving from the seller's tracking link, and volumes peak during sale seasons.
