Raise it with Delhivery, which has owned Ecom Express since July 2025 and carries these parcels. Log in on the Delhivery website or app with your phone number and raise a support request with the AWB.

Use the AWB number from the seller's shipping confirmation on Delhivery's tracking, since these parcels now move on its network. The seller's order page shows the same status.

Do both. The seller or marketplace holds the contract and can refund or reship; Delhivery's support can tell you where the parcel is.

Raise it with Delhivery using the AWB, and confirm your address and landmark, since incomplete addresses cause a good share of failed attempts. Ask for a reattempt date rather than assuming one.

Be careful with any message saying a delivery failed and asking you to pay. Delhivery has warned about that exact scam, and says address confirmation never needs an OTP; pay only through links from its official accounts.
