Questions

See the TCI Express reports on this page. Many reports of tciexpress.in or Track Your Shipment failing mean a site fault. A single docket with no fresh update means the consignment, not the site.

First check the docket number against the booking receipt. Track Your Shipment takes up to 50 numbers at once, separated by commas, so a stray space or a missing comma can break the search. If no docket works for anyone, the site is down.

Only if you booked it under the Money Back Guarantee (MBG). MBG refunds 100% of the freight, without GST, when delivery misses the committed date. Email the claim to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. Delays from weather, strikes or wrong shipment details are not covered.

Check it with the Pincode Enquiry tool on tciexpress.in, or find the nearest office with the Branch Locator. TCI Express offers MBG only on selected serviceable pin codes. An outage is different: the site or tracking fails for everyone.
