Answer: No Shopsy issues reported in the last 24 hours, and it did not respond at our last check on 24 Oct 2026, 5:31 AM IST.
Our automated check runs from one or more locations and may miss in-app problems; reports come from users across India. We only call something "down" when users confirm it too. Here's how we check.

Check the live reports from Shopsy buyers on this page, beside our test of shopsy.in. A sudden jump in reports points to Shopsy's side. When nobody else is reporting, reinstall or update the Shopsy app, or move to mobile data.
Check this page first: many Shopsy reports at the same moment point to a fault at Shopsy. If it is only you, update the Shopsy app or open shopsy.in in a browser. A failed payment can also come from your bank or UPI app, so check for a debit before trying again.
Do not pay again straight away. Check your bank app, then open the order in your Shopsy account. If the money left and no order appears, raise it in the Help Centre under the payment issue type with the transaction reference.
Open the order in the app, choose Return, and pick the reason. The return window and conditions for each product are set out in Shopsy's Cancellation and Returns policy.
Shopsy is a separate app and site, but Flipkart Internet Private Limited operates it, and customer complaints go through Flipkart's Help Centre and grievance officer.
