About Tata Neu

Tata Neu is the Tata group's shopping and payments app, run by Tata Digital Private Limited. One login covers shopping, flights, hotels, bill payments, loans and the Tata Pay UPI handle, with NeuCoins earned across them.

Payments inside the app are handled by Tata Payments, a separate Tata company with its own support email. A refund is credited to the payment method you used, and the bank sets how long the credit takes.

Questions

Shoppers across India log Tata Neu app, UPI and order trouble here. When those reports shoot up together, the fault is Tata Neu's. When they do not, look at your connection and the order itself.

If lots of users report at once, the app is down and waiting is the fix. Tata Neu's terms also say it may change or pause parts of the platform, and availability is not guaranteed, so one section can fail while others work.

Tata Pay UPI runs through Tata Payments, a separate Tata company. Check whether your bank's UPI is working, then raise the issue from the app, which the UPI rules require every UPI app to offer, or email [email protected].

Look at your orders before paying again. Tata Neu sends refunds back to the original payment method, and how long the credit takes depends on your bank or payment provider.

Open Help in the app, find the FAQ or raise a ticket for that order, and track it under View tickets. For a complaint that stays unsolved, write to [email protected].

Pehle app me orders check kariye, dobara payment mat kariye. Refund usi payment method me aata hai jisse paisa gaya tha; samay aapka bank tay karta hai.
