About Tata Neu

Tata Neu is the Tata group's attempt at a super app, pulling many of its consumer businesses into one place, Croma for electronics, BigBasket for groceries, Tata 1mg for medicines, air tickets, hotels and more.

What holds it together is NeuCoins, a single loyalty currency earned and spent across all of them. It launched in 2022 and is unusual in India for trying to unify so many separate brands under one login. Sale periods across the group's brands are when it is busiest.
