Seats you selected stay blocked for 7 to 8 minutes after an incomplete booking, then free up on their own. If they are still gone after that, someone else has booked them, so pick the next best seats or another show.

Yes, for most cinemas. Cancellation is blocked when an offer or loyalty points were used, the cut-off time has passed, or you have already cancelled three times that month. Live entertainment tickets cannot be cancelled.
