About JioMart

JioMart is Reliance Retail's online arm, selling groceries, household goods, electronics and fashion, and it is backed by the largest physical retail network in the country.

Its original pitch was to plug local kirana stores into online ordering, and it has also been reachable through WhatsApp ordering, which put it within reach of people who would not download a shopping app at all. Grocery remains its core. Order volume rises around festivals and monthly grocery restocking.
