Nykaa built Indian ecommerce's beauty category almost single-handedly, founded by Falguni Nayar in 2012 and listed on the exchanges since 2021.

It sells cosmetics, skincare, fragrance and wellness from Indian and imported brands, has its own private labels, and runs physical stores too, which is unusual for a company that started online. Nykaa Fashion sits alongside as a separate vertical. Its sale events, especially the Pink Friday sale, bring its biggest rushes.
