Write to [email protected] with your order ID. Each complaint gets its own number to track. If customer support does not settle it, the Grievance Officer takes it at [email protected]; mail sent there before trying support is passed back to support.

Within 15 days of delivery, go to Account, then Orders, pick the order and tap Have a Concern. It must come back in its original packaging with seals, labels and bar codes intact. Customised products such as lipsticks, compacts and mascaras, and personal care appliances, cannot be returned.

Nykaa starts the refund within 24 to 48 business hours of a cancellation before shipment, or of your return reaching its warehouse. It then takes about 5 business days to show in your account. A Cash on Delivery refund goes by bank transfer, or you can take Nykaa coupons.

Before it ships, open Orders, then Order Details, and tap Cancel Item. You can also email [email protected] or call 1800-267-4444 with the order ID. A discount voucher counts as used even after you cancel, but loyalty points come back.
