Sign in on croma.com and open My Service Requests under your account, where complaints and repair visits are logged. ZipCare covers installation, protection and maintenance plans; a defective phone or laptop may first need a defect report from the brand service centre.

Use the invoice. Croma sends a copy to your registered email and WhatsApp number, and it carries the purchase and product details a brand needs for a warranty claim.
